What I've built.
My consultancy, the products it owns, and the open source tools I build alongside them.
Xperto AI
My AI consultancy: AI strategy, transformation and hands-on development for leadership teams, from first assessment to production. Fractional CTO and Chief AI Officer engagements.
Kaidera
The AI platform I designed: teams of AI workers that carry out work inside an organisation's own systems, with every action classified by risk and high-impact steps waiting for a named person's approval.
ASW Connect
Airline operations software built on IATA standards: live operational data, on-time performance and punctuality tracking, and IATA messaging. Owned by my consultancy, Adaptech AI Ltd.
Open source projects.
Parts of the Kaidera stack are published as open source, and my own work is on GitHub.
Cortex
A Postgres-backed memory and coordination layer for AI agent teams: it preserves decisions, lessons and progress across sessions, with project-scoped worker identities, durable handoffs and semantic and graph search. Grew out of Kaidera OS; currently an early release.
View on GitHubOpenKai
An open source, terminal-first coding-agent harness and TUI, built on Pi. Choose models, supervise worker agents, or run an explicit Architect, Builder and Judge Fusion to compare difficult decisions across models. Optional Cortex integration adds shared, project-scoped memory.
View on GitHubKaidera Skills
A catalogue of reusable skills for AI agents. Each skill is a SKILL.md file with a security manifest, checked by automated schema and security validation, and usable in any harness that reads SKILL.md.
View on GitHubDemerzel
A local-first AI gateway for heavy AI users: keep every provider account and subscription in one encrypted place, route requests to the right provider or account, track usage, and fail over to the next account when one runs out of quota. Pre-release.
